Parish Staff - Deacon Philip P. Kamlowsky
Deacon Phil Kamlowsky was ordained June 1, 1985 by Bishop Anthony Pilla for service to the Diocese of Cleveland and assigned to Holy Family Parish. As a permanent deacon, Deacon Phil does Baptisms, Marriages, Funerals, Benediction services, preaches monthly and teaches in the sacramental programs. When not a deacon at Holy Family, Phil is a pharmacist and works for Acme Pharmacy in Stow. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Toledo in 1967 and completed his Diaconate training at St. Mary Seminary in Cleveland in 1985. His other responsibilities include the Baptismal Formation Program, Life in the Spirit Seminars, the Stewardship program, and he also teaches in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) Program.
Deacon Phil was married to his wife, Karen, on August 28, 1965 and they have 7 children and 13 grandchildren. They came to Holy Family Parish in 1973 and currently live in Stow.
